We aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases made on www.kvsfabrics.store.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details and tracking link.
Note: During festive seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.
2. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery and other reputable logistics companies to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99 for orders below ₹1999.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days
Delivery times may vary based on location, courier workload, and weather conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or courier issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
- A link to track your package directly through our courier partner’s website.
You can also log in to your KVS Fabrics account to view real-time updates on your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts
- The courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability, the order will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, with applicable reshipping charges.
7. International Shipping
Currently, KVS Fabrics ships only within India.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged package or suspect your order is missing:
- Take clear photos of the package and product.
- Contact us immediately at info@kvsfabrics.store within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
9. Change of Shipping Address
- You can request an address change within 6 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.
- Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be modified.
